If possible, I recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals before your session, as these can sometimes affect how relaxed and receptive you feel. Wearing comfortable clothing and staying hydrated can also help you get the most from your experience ♡
For intuitivee energy readings, you can either allow the session to unfold naturally, with me intuitively connecting to your energy and receiving the guidance most relevant for you at this time, or you can prepare up to five questions you would like clarity and support with.
We'll begin with a conversation about why you’re here, what you’d like support with, and what you’re hoping to gain from the session.
You’ll then be invited to relax comfortably on the treatment bed while I work intuitively with your energy. Depending on your needs, the session may include energy healing, energy clearing, and intuitive guidance received throughout the session.

Some people notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotions, or deep relaxation, while others may not feel much during the session itself. This does not mean the session wasn’t effective.
For some people, the shifts are subtle and may be noticed in the days or weeks afterwards through changes in perspective, emotional wellbeing, energy levels, relationships, or life circumstances.

No. The purpose of a session is not fortune telling. Instead, the focus is on providing guidance, clarity, emotional support, and helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Sometimes insights may relate to past experiences, recurring life patterns, or themes that appear relevant to your healing journey. These insights are offered as guidance and reflection rather than absolute facts.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer, as everyone’s journey and needs are different.
In most cases, I recommend allowing up to 21 days after a healing session or intuitive reading before booking another session. This gives you time to process any insights received, notice shifts and improvements, release what no longer serves you, and put any guidance into practice.
Healing and personal growth often continue to unfold after the session has ended. Giving yourself space to reflect, integrate, and take action on what has come through can help you receive the greatest benefit from the experience.
Yes. Sessions are available face to face on Mondays, online via video call, or remotely. Remote readings are sent via email or WhatsApp as recordings or PDF documents.
